![]() Serial killing is the span of 3 or more murders over a length on time. He technically isn't a true serial killer. Most famous in history and possibly a person of importance in English government.Ħ Ed Gein Edward Theodore Gein, also known as The Butcher of Plainfield, was an American murderer and body snatcher. I've only voted for him because he is a classic killer, in a way. But he's definitely the most famous, and often times a serial killers main goal is fame, so I guess Jack wins. Well, I don't plan on ever changing my career choice to serial killer or law officer, so I don't research serial killers (I'm pretty ignorant to the subject). ![]() There's probably more to point out tooĬome on, its Jack the Ripper, Jacky's number 1. He butchered prostitutes like they came out of saw, there also wasn't even so much as a single trace to his real identity, furthermore, his name has entered pop culture, folklore, books, and basically anywhere else (in terms of instant recognition his name dwarves anyone else on this list). Look the rapists are demons, but their murders were nowhere near as heinous as this guy's. ![]() To this day, he has remained a mysterious and popular phenomena among serial killers and popular media. 2 Jack the Ripper "Jack the Ripper" was the alias of an unknown serial killer in Whitechapel, London who brutally murdered 5 women (mainly prostitutes) between August and November of 1888. ![]()
